Landed Festival Adds Glamping Accommodations for July 24–26 Event

Landed Festival will return to a country estate near Llandrindod Wells from July 24 to 26, introducing new glamping accommodations as part of its 2026 event. Organizers say the addition is intended to expand lodging options for attendees while maintaining the festival’s family-focused experience.

The event, which was recognized as Best Family Festival at last year’s Welsh Hospitality Awards, will continue to combine live music, entertainment, camping, and activities designed for visitors of different ages.

This year’s program includes six stages featuring live bands, DJs, and walkabout performers, alongside workshops, independent traders, a healing area, a dedicated children’s zone, and the return of the “Pimp Your Duck Race” along the river.

The festival’s organizers said the new accommodations are designed for guests seeking a more comfortable camping experience or those who do not own traditional camping equipment.

The team behind Landed Festival told The Powys Times: “With the new glamping option on top of the existing family-friendly policies, we are promising another weekend where you can chase bands across multiple stages, watch the ducks race downstream, and still have a comfortable bed waiting at the end of the night.”

The newly introduced boutique camping area will be located adjacent to the main campground and will feature ready-pitched accommodations suitable for families and groups.

The expansion complements the festival’s existing camping offering, with weekend ticket holders continuing to receive complimentary camping. Organizers will also maintain designated quieter camping areas for families, while children under 12 will receive free admission and discounted teen tickets will remain available.

The entertainment lineup includes Zion Train, China Shop Bull, Dirty Vertebrae, The Cabarats, Lark Trainer, and Zana Billionara. Performances will take place across multiple venues within the festival grounds, including the Khaos, Dragon, BAA, River TEKside, and River-Psyde stages. Dance tents will also feature dedicated techno and psychedelic trance programming throughout the weekend.

The addition of ready-pitched glamping accommodations reflects a broader trend across outdoor events, where organizers are diversifying lodging options to appeal to a wider audience, including first-time campers, families, and visitors seeking greater convenience.

For operators in the outdoor hospitality and glamping sectors, festival partnerships and temporary accommodations continue to represent an opportunity to introduce guests to premium outdoor lodging experiences that may encourage future stays at campgrounds, RV parks, and glamping resorts.

As festivals increasingly compete for attendance by enhancing guest comfort and accessibility, the integration of glamping into event offerings illustrates how accommodation has become an important part of the overall visitor experience. Providing multiple lodging options alongside family-oriented amenities can help event organizers attract a broader demographic while creating additional revenue opportunities beyond ticket sales.
