Aqua-Hot Heating Systems, an Airxcel company, announced the appointment of Chris Eaton as national sales manager.
Based in Elkhart, Indiana, Eaton will lead original equipment manufacturer sales strategy and support the company’s hydronic heating business for recreational vehicles.
The decision to base Eaton in Elkhart places him closer to major RV manufacturers, a move intended to improve responsiveness and collaboration with OEM partners.
Aqua-Hot said the proximity will allow more direct engagement with engineering, purchasing, quality, and production teams, supporting faster communication and coordination across development and manufacturing functions.
“Positioning Chris directly alongside OEM customers reflects the importance Aqua-Hot places on providing dedicated support to our partners,” Selma Salihagic, Aqua-Hot general manager, said in a press release. “He brings the technical knowledge, and responsiveness our customers need, and his presence in Elkhart allows us to collaborate more effectively.”
Eaton brings more than a decade of experience in the recreational vehicle industry, with a background spanning account management, outside sales, and product-focused technical support.
The press release said he has developed a reputation within the Elkhart RV community as a responsive and knowledgeable partner with a strong understanding of OEM operations.
His experience positions him to connect manufacturer feedback with product development, quality improvement, and innovation initiatives.
“My professional philosophy is simple: take care of your customers, and they will take care of you,” Eaton said. “I’m excited to join a respected brand like Aqua-Hot and to work closely with OEM partners to support new product launches, strengthen collaboration, and continue building long-term relationships across the industry.”
