Four hospitality venues in Worcester have been recognized in the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards for 2025, placing them among the top 10% of businesses on the platform based on consistent high ratings and customer reviews.
The awards highlight establishments that maintain strong performance in guest satisfaction and popularity.
Among the recipients is the Worcester Whitehouse Hotel, centrally located less than 100 meters from Foregate Street. With a rating of 3.8 out of 5 from 1,459 reviews, the hotel is known for its city-break convenience and accessibility.
“The team and I at the Worcester Whitehouse Hotel are delighted to be named in TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Awards for 2025,” said general manager Rachel Mitchell in a report by Worcester News.
“Our mission is to put people at the heart of everything we do, both team members and guests. Happy staff equals happy guests.”
Boutique by Browns, overlooking Worcester Bridge, was also named among the top-performing businesses.
The hotel offers a range of rooms and apartments and is accompanied by Browns by the Quay restaurant, which earned its own Travellers’ Choice Award in 2024. Boutique by Browns holds a 4.8 rating from 181 TripAdvisor reviews.
The Diglis House Hotel, a Grade-II listed property located just outside Worcester’s city center, received recognition as well.
With views of the River Severn and Worcester Cathedral, the hotel is known for combining historical charm with scenic location. It has garnered a 4.1 out of 5 rating from 1,241 reviewers.
Also featured in the awards is Worcester Glamping, situated at Bennetts Willow Farm on the city’s outskirts.
The venue offers glamping accommodations in traditional Mongolian yurts, complete with beds, wood-burning stoves, and open tops for stargazing. The site, which can also be used for weddings, holds a 4.0 rating from 150 reviews.
For outdoor hospitality business owners, recognition through platforms like Tripadvisor can be a meaningful driver of brand visibility and guest trust.
The listings offer insight into evolving traveler preferences, such as increasing interest in non-traditional accommodations like glamping.
Operators in the sector may view this trend as an opportunity to diversify offerings or invest in experiential upgrades that align with traveler expectations for comfort and uniqueness.
By maintaining high service standards and leveraging guest feedback, businesses in the outdoor hospitality, caravan, and glamping industries can build reputations that not only attract accolades but also generate long-term value through repeat bookings and referrals.
