Paws Up has announced the opening of their newest outdoor dining concept, Shed, and avid glampers and food trippers might just shed tears of joy with what awaits.
“We are thrilled for the opening of our newest outdoor dining concept Shed located next to our Wilderness Outpost. Shed hits the spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner,” The Resort at Paws Up wrote in a LinkedIn post.
Due to its popularity among guests, what started as a food truck on the edge of the forest is now a permanent structure at the glamping ranch.
Designed by architect Kristen Becker of Seattle’s Mutuus Studio, Shed is a unique and beautiful space with stunning views of the forest and everything that surrounds it.
The open-air dining facility features a 250-gallon smoker and a flame that blazes from a six-foot stone hearth.
The menu offers a variety of appetizers and desserts, all made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Guests can enjoy their meal with a view of the stunning Montana landscape.
Chefs prepare scrumptious food on the grill like sandwiches, elote, and seasonal vegetables, while wings and sausages with cornbread are cooked in the smoker. Shed’s exceptional cuisine offers mouthwatering offerings such as quesadillas, chili, a variety of fresh salads, and sides. With an impressive dessert selection to enjoy, even the junior glampers will keep coming back.
The on-site restaurant is a campcationer’s perfect place to enjoy a meal with friends after a long day of exploring all that Paws Up has to offer. With its rustic design and delicious food, Shed is sure to be a popular destination for both glampers and foodies alike.
