The Roamer RV Overland is a rare, commercially made, molded fiberglass truck camper as Roamer truck campers were very limited production products. In this video, New Jersey Outdoor Adventures gives a tour of the one-of-a-kind rig.
Built for an 8-foot bed 3500 pickup truck, this camper was made by Roamer RV, a division of Wesco Fountains—a fountain company no longer in business—which was located just south of Sarasota, Florida.
Roamer RV sold their molded fiberglass truck campers direct from the factory. Each RV was also custom built to order.
The durability of the camper shows because even though the RV has witnessed the test of time, it still looks ready to go for an outdoor adventure.
Inside is a spacious 76-inch sofa lounge where vacationers can dine or chill. The RV is also loaded with storage as well as some features that will bring nostalgia like a cassette player, a propane furnace, and more.
