The word “legend” in the name of this recreational vehicle (RV) must not be taken lightly. The 2022 Forest River Surveyor Legend 276BHLE brings some unconventional features while still being an enjoyable family camper, creating legendary RVing experiences.
According to Josh the Nerd at Bish’s RV, while the bunkhouse camper is similar to a few rigs he has seen previously, it brings with it some unconventional features and DNA that really “land” nicely.
To begin with, at 32′ 6″ long, the Surveyor Legend has a super slide and a private front bedroom but still weighs only about 59,000 lbs. dry weight.
Carpetless with a tall ceiling, this rig is also ideal for tall RVers who want a little more headroom when roaming inside.
Next is the entertainment center which is positioned right across from the sofa, contrary to the 90-degree placement commonly seen in similar floorplans.
Uniquely, this RV also has a cargo bunk space with a rear bunk door for easier access. To recharge, both bunks have USB ports that campers can easily access while chilling in bed.
