Brush Creek Ranch, a 30,000-acre property located in south-central Wyoming, is expanding its portfolio of luxury accommodations with the launch of Platte Canyon Glamping, a new riverfront glamping resort set to open June 15, 2025.
The new offering is the latest addition to the ranch’s growing line-up of high-end lodging and outdoor experiences, building on its reputation as a full-service destination for affluent travelers seeking both adventure and seclusion.
Positioned on a working cattle ranch near Saratoga, Wyoming, Brush Creek Ranch has previously earned recognition as the best resort in Wyoming by Travel + Leisure readers in 2023 and 2024.
In addition to its lodging, the ranch features Blue-Ribbon fly-fishing, horseback riding, archery, a 600-acre private ski area, and chef-led culinary programs supported by an on-site greenhouse, creamery, and distillery.
Platte Canyon Glamping distinguishes itself as the ranch’s most remote and exclusive lodging option to date.
The new site accommodates only eight guests at a time and operates seasonally from June 15 through mid-October.
Guests stay in riverfront glamping tents and a luxury yurt, supported by dedicated hosts and private chefs. All meals and two daily activities—such as fly-fishing, archery, or horseback riding—are included in the stay.
According to Travel + Leisure, the rate for Platte Canyon Glamping is $4,500 per night, with a minimum booking of three nights.
“I finally got to experience this place for myself in January 2025 and learned first hand that, yes, Brush Creek Ranch is a high-end, all-inclusive escape, with chef-driven dining, an extensive wine cellar, and its own creamery, greenhouse, and distillery,” said a recent guest.
“But the ranch’s true luxury revealed itself in the quiet moments: making the first turn on a slope entirely my own and riding horseback as snow fell in soft, silent flakes.”
Platte Canyon joins Brush Creek’s three existing lodging properties: Magee Homestead, a Forbes Five-Star adults-only wellness retreat; French Creek, an Orvis-endorsed lodge for fly-fishing and wingshooting; and the Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch, which offers centralized dining, a saloon, private cabins, and lodge rooms.
For professionals in the glamping and outdoor hospitality sectors, Brush Creek’s expansion reflects a broader trend toward ultra-luxury, small-footprint accommodations designed to offer exclusivity and immersive nature experiences.
The resort’s model—combining high-end amenities with guided outdoor recreation—demonstrates a potential path for operators aiming to cater to high-net-worth travelers without compromising environmental seclusion or service quality.
Brush Creek Ranch is located approximately 16 miles from the Saratoga Jet Center, which handles private flights, one hour from Laramie Regional Airport (LAR), and about three and a half hours from Denver International Airport (DIA).
