A workshop titled “Can We Climb Higher in F&I?” will take place at the RV Dealers Convention/Expo on November 13.
The session will focus on improving dealership finance and insurance (F&I) operations, led by Paul Sheldon, regional vice president for Protective Asset Protection. Sheldon’s presentation will explore enhanced training techniques and revenue opportunities.
The workshop is part of the business innovation education track and will provide an in-depth exploration of strategies for better-educating customers about the value of the products available.
One of the learning objectives is to provide attendees with the latest industry information to educate their customers about the benefits of F&I products. Sheldon will also present a strategic approach to uncovering existing revenue streams within dealerships. His focus on cultivating a culture of excellence is intended to drive value across the dealership’s F&I processes.
Having founded a training and consulting company in 1991, Sheldon has since been recognized for his sales and customer service expertise.
“Sheldon works as an income development expert with RV, marine, and powersports dealers nationwide. He began his career in retail sales and was recruited into the finance and insurance industry. In 1991, he started a training and consulting company, providing dealership training for F&I, sales, and customer service,” a press release indicated.
The RV Dealers Convention/Expo is an essential event for North America’s top dealership personnel, offering opportunities to connect with industry leaders, peers, and potential business partners. Dealers attending the event can benefit from educational resources aimed at optimizing all dealership departments, including fixed operations. Attendees will gain valuable insights into the RV sales landscape and access tools to enhance operational efficiency.
In addition to the educational sessions, the expo provides dealership professionals with a platform to expand their networks and stay informed on industry trends. The convention is organized by the RVDA of the U.S., RVDA of Canada, and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.
