Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park in Warrens, a family camping and RV resort in Wisconsin, has undergone renovations in preparation for the summer vacation season. Owner Great Escapes RV Resorts initiated the upgrades after acquiring the property in 2021.
General Manager Travis Walsh emphasized that visitors who haven’t been to Warrens Jellystone Park in a few years will find it significantly transformed. Walsh also shared the upcoming opening of two large resort-style pools, including a zero-entry pool, the addition of luxury glamping cabins, and updated RV sites, several new amenities.
Over the winter, 66 new glamping cabins were installed, replacing older units. Additionally, a Wibit floating obstacle course and AquaBanas with canopies, seating, tables, coolers, and Bluetooth speakers were added to the lake. These additions complement the existing lazy river, six-lane water slide, splash pad, and wave pool.
For other upgrades, the bathhouses, cafe, activities center, and camp store have been enhanced. Additionally, the dog park was renovated, and new amenities, including a pickleball court and a playground area, were introduced.
Walsh noted that the upgrades represent the next generation of family outdoor vacations. “The focus is on fun and entertainment with all the comforts of home, whether you are staying in your own RV or one of our new, fully equipped glamping cabins,” Walsh said.
The camp-resort is less than three hours from cities including Minneapolis, Milwaukee, and Madison. It also features character interactions, hayrides, outdoor movies, train rides, sports, arts and crafts, mini-golf, and themed celebrations.
