Winnebago Industries Restructures Leadership to Accelerate Growth and Strengthen Market Position

Winnebago Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WGO) has announced significant changes to its executive leadership team, introducing newly created group leader roles and expanding responsibilities for key functional leaders. 

According to a press release, these moves are aimed at keeping the company agile, fueling future growth, and solidifying its position as the trusted leader in the premium outdoor recreation market.

“These changes are designed to help us stay agile, support future growth and leverage the strong leadership talent we have across the company,” said Winnebago Industries President and CEO, Michael Happe. 

“Most importantly, they’re about continuing to serve our customers, supporting our employees and delivering value to our shareholders,” Michael added.

Effective September 1, 2025, Jeff Haradine will serve as Senior Vice President – Marine; President – Barletta Boats, continuing to lead the Barletta pontoon business while also overseeing the Chris-Craft brand. 

Chris-Craft will remain a distinct business unit within the marine group, with Steve Heese continuing as President – Chris-Craft and Senior Vice President – Power Systems, maintaining oversight of Lithionics and reporting to Haradine.

In the Motorized RV Group, Casey Tubman will become Group President – Newmar and Winnebago Motorized, with added responsibility for corporate strategic planning. 

Chris West will continue as President of Winnebago-brand Motorhomes and Specialty Vehicles, reporting to Tubman, and will focus on revitalizing the Winnebago motorized business. Winnebago Motorhomes will remain a separate business unit within this group.

For the Towable RV Group, Don Clark will remain Group President – Towable RV Segment and President – Grand Design RV, overseeing Grand Design Towables, the growing Grand Design Motorhomes business, and Winnebago-brand Towables. 

Winnebago Towables will continue as a separate business unit within this segment.

Ashis Bhattacharya, Senior Vice President of Advanced Technology, Corporate Ventures and Engineering Services, will retire effective October 3. 

Bhattacharya, who joined Winnebago in 2016, played a pivotal role in transforming the company from a single-brand motorhome manufacturer into a portfolio of premium outdoor recreation brands. 

“Ashis was one of the first key hires I made when coming to Winnebago Industries and since then has made a lasting, positive impact on almost every aspect of our company through his dedication to a customer-first approach,” said Happe. 

“I want to express my deep appreciation for his work and unwavering commitment to our mission. His legacy will be felt here for many years,” Happe added.

Additional leadership updates effective September 1 include Steve Speich, Senior Vice President – Enterprise Operations and Product Technology, taking on responsibility for advanced technology and engineering services alongside manufacturing and supply chain oversight. 

Amber Holm will become Senior Vice President – Chief Marketing and Experience Officer, leading a new customer service center of excellence and driving a stronger aftermarket business strategy.

 Bryan Hughes will serve as Senior Vice President – Chief Financial Officer, Investor Relations, Information Technology and Business Development, adding oversight of IT and the corporate venture capital program.

Chief Information Officer Sri Koneru will report to Hughes while continuing to advance the company’s IT infrastructure and investments.
