Cavco, located in Phoenix, Arizona, designs and produces manufactured housing products distributed through an independent network and company-owned retailers. It is also one of the largest producers of manufactured homes in the country, according to a wholesale shipments report.
Their products vary from numerous brand names such as Cavco, Fleetwood, Palm Harbor, Nationwide, Fairmont, Friendship, Chariot Eagle, Destiny, Commodore, Colony, Pennwest, R-Anell, Manorwood, and MidCountry.
