ProSat Networks has announced the statewide expansion of its Starlink satellite internet installation services throughout Washington following its acquisition of Pro Starlink Installers in the first quarter of 2025.
The company now offers professional Starlink setups for RV parks, campgrounds, commercial businesses, residential homes, and maritime vessels across the region.
“Washington residents, businesses and government agencies are embracing low-Earth-orbit (LEO) satellite broadband internet technology with Starlink,” a spokesperson from ProSat Networks said in a press release.
The expansion comes amid ongoing broadband access challenges in Washington. Reports from the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission and the Washington State Broadband Office indicate that many remote and rural communities remain underserved by traditional internet infrastructure.
From the Palouse Falls region to the Olympic Peninsula, businesses often struggle with unreliable service or lack of connectivity altogether. Starlink’s LEO technology offers a new solution for areas where fiber-optic infrastructure is impractical or cost-prohibitive.
“Whether it’s supporting Washington homes and businesses, private yachts and merchant ships along the west coast and inland, or RV parks & RV resorts wishing to offer better internet service amenities to their guests and residents, demand for professional Starlink installation is growing rapidly across the Evergreen State,” the spokesperson added.
Starlink’s system of LEO satellites orbits approximately 250 miles above the Earth, compared to traditional geostationary satellites that orbit at roughly 23,000 miles. This proximity allows for faster speeds and lower latency, particularly important in areas with limited digital access.
The company now offers Starlink installation services tailored to specific customer segments in Washington. This includes enterprise-grade installations for commercial businesses seeking to use Starlink as a primary or backup internet source.
In addition, the company is building connectivity for internet communities—defined user groups sharing a Starlink terminal—such as apartment complexes, RV parks, marinas, and hotels. These deployments offer shared network access with individual usage limits for each participating household or unit.
Maritime installations are also available, allowing vessels operating along the Washington coast and inland waterways to stay connected. This includes services for both private and commercial marine operators.
