The Virginia Campground Association (VCA) will host its next member meeting on February 10, at 10 a.m., with a focus on strengthening digital marketing efforts ahead of the spring season. The virtual session aims to equip campground owners and their marketing teams with strategies to enhance online visibility and engagement.
“We warmly invite you to the next VCA Member Meeting, where the heart of our campground community comes together! This is not just a meeting; it’s a chance to strengthen your digital marketing in time for spring!” the campground said in a press release.
Eileen Sperry, a digital marketing specialist with more than 20 years of experience, will lead the session. A Virginia native, Sperry has played a key role in developing promotional campaigns for destinations such as Visit Williamsburg and Virginia’s Blue Ridge. Her expertise in crafting memorable marketing strategies is expected to provide valuable insights for VCA members.
“Your participation will help us enhance visibility for our campground members,” VCA added. The association emphasized the importance of involving staff members responsible for marketing to ensure that each campground can maximize the benefits of the session.
In addition, VCA recently announced that Susan Motley, CAE, took on the role of Executive Director starting November 1, 2024. Following a comprehensive selection process, the VCA board voted in strong support of Motley, expressing confidence in her leadership to steer the association toward continued growth and success.
