Hidden Acres Family Campground in Caroline County, Virginia, will be offered for sale through an online-only auction beginning to close on Wednesday, October 29.
The “34± acre property,” which includes cabins, a pool, and more than 590 feet of frontage along U.S. Route 301, is being marketed and sold by Nicholls Auction Marketing Group, Inc., according to company president John Nicholls.
“Hidden Acres Family Campground has been a fixture in Caroline County for many years, and the family has entrusted us to market and sell this desirable, potential-filled property,” Nicholls said in a press release.
