Top RV Dealers Set to Join 2025 RV Aftermarket Conference in San Antonio

Several of the nation’s leading RV dealers will participate in the 2025 RV Aftermarket Conference, scheduled for August 11–14 in San Antonio, Texas, as part of an initiative to enhance collaboration between retailers, suppliers, and distributors in the RV parts and service market.

The event, hosted annually by the RV Industry Association (RVIA), is designed to support strategic dialogue and product development across the aftermarket segment.

This year’s conference places a strong emphasis on retail engagement, with dealers providing direct feedback on consumer needs and market trends.

According to a News and Insights report of RVIA on July 8, dealer participation will include representatives from Bish’s RV Super Center, Blue Compass RV, Campers Inn RV, Fun Town RV, McClain’s RV Superstores, Mike Thompson’s RV Super Stores, PPL Motorhomes, Ron Hoover RV & Marine, and Topper’s Camping Center.

“Through direct discussions, supplier and distributor attendees will gain a clearer understanding of the products and services RV owners are asking for, along with emerging trends in parts, accessories, and service needs,” the association indicates.

The dealers will take part in scheduled meetings throughout the three-day event, offering firsthand perspectives on shifts in consumer preferences, service expectations, and aftermarket product demand.

“Their presence will help strengthen the connections between the aftermarket, distribution, and retail sectors—ensuring that the products and solutions developed truly meet the needs of today’s RV consumers,” the announcement adds.

According to the event’s website, the 2025 RV Aftermarket Conference brings together suppliers and distributors for one-on-one appointment sessions to present new products and build key relationships.

In addition to structured meetings, attendees will have access to networking opportunities with established industry professionals and hear from thought leaders on current market trends and challenges.

According to the RVIA economic impact study, the RV aftermarket supports 3,187 jobs, generates $272 million in wages, and contributes more than $750 million in total annual economic output.
