The RV Industry Association (RVIA) will feature leadership expert Todd Gongwer as a keynote speaker at its 2026 Leadership Conference.
Gongwer is set to share insights on leadership, organizational culture, and purpose-driven work, offering RV industry leaders guidance on fostering high-performing teams and cultivating workplace culture.
Todd Gongwer brings a unique mix of leadership experience across business, sports, and education. His first 20 years in leadership included roles as a partner in a family business, entrepreneur, championship-winning college basketball coach, and senior executive at a public company.
These experiences informed his bestselling book, LEAD…for God’s Sake!, and led to the creation of the Kardia Transformation Group.
According to a News and Insights report of RVIA on December 9, for the past 15 years, Gongwer has advised top leaders in both sports and business.
His clientele includes championship-winning coaches from the Boston Celtics, Ohio State University, Clemson University, the University of Virginia, and Baylor University.
He also works with award-winning executives and academic leaders nationwide, helping organizations improve performance, culture, and leadership effectiveness.
Gongwer’s work has received coverage in national outlets, including ESPN The Magazine, Forbes.com, and Bleacher Report, reflecting his influence across multiple industries.
In addition to his consulting work, he serves as an annual guest lecturer at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
Currently, Gongwer leads the Kardia Transformation Group while also serving as Executive Vice President for Leadership and Cultural Development at Patrick Industries, a position that bridges corporate leadership with organizational transformation.
