The RV Industry Association (RVIA) is making a final push for sponsorships for its 2026 Leadership Conference, promoting opportunities that it says can fit “every budget” while giving participating brands increased visibility during the event.
The conference, billed as the association’s fourth Leadership Conference, is scheduled for March 10-12, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa in Austin, Texas.
In a recent Facebook post, RVIA urged companies to act quickly, calling it the “last call for sponsorship opportunities for the 2026 Leadership Conference.”
The association described the event as a “premier industry gathering” and highlighted sponsorship options ranging from keynote and leadership session sponsorships to evening reception and lanyard sponsorships.
According to the association’s News and Insights report, the annual conference is designed to bring together “senior executives and emerging leaders from across the RV industry” for three days of networking, leadership development and keynote sessions.
RVIA said sponsors will receive “extensive visibility,” including company logos featured in printed materials, digital signage and event displays.
It also noted that select sponsorships include a complimentary registration, which it valued at $795.
The conference is positioned as a leadership-focused gathering aimed at both executive management and the next generation of industry leaders.
The sessions and panels are designed to help nurture talent, provide space for deeper understanding of “critical industry issues,” and connect attendees with future leaders across the RV sector.
The 2026 conference will also feature “a mix of keynote addresses and panels,” along with networking and leadership development programming.
The association also emphasized the broad audience invited to participate, stating that RV industry manufacturers, suppliers, dealers, campgrounds, and media and marketing leaders are welcome to attend.
