The ongoing 2022 RV Aftermarket Conference in San Antonio, Texas celebrated the awardees of the RV Aftermarket Awards earlier this week, who showed their commitment to excellence and growth in RV parts and accessories.
The awards program, hosted by Stromberg Carlson’s Bob Brammer and BAL’s John Hawkins, recognized high-achieving individuals, suppliers, distributors, rep groups, and products, as per the News & Insights of the RV Industry Association.
This year, the conference introduced two new awards. One award recognized the Rep Groups of the Year and the other is a special award from the Aftermarket Committee Chair.
The RV Aftermarket Awards recognized NTP Stag as the 2022 Distributor of the Year. The company was joined by Arrow Distributing and Northern Wholesale Supply as the finalists.
For the 2022 Supplier of the Year, Dura Faucet won the award over Progress Mfg, Stromberg Carlson Products, and Valterra Products.
For the newly-introduced 2022 Rep Group of the Year, Tom Mannin and Associates received the award over Derema Group and RVLI.
The Aftermarket Product of the Year hit a record number of nominations this year with nearly 40 products hoping to win the award. Ultimately, TravlFi™ Journey1 Wi-Fi LTE Mobile Hotspot won the 2022 Product of the Year over finalists OnTarget Towing Tool by Equal-i-zer and Southwire’s 500W Elite Portable Power Station.
For the second new special award from the Aftermarket Committee Chair, Susan Carpenter of B&B Molders won the Chairman’s Award. While Donna Martin of NTP-STAG won the 2022 Lifetime Achievement Award.
