As the Easter holiday comes up, Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation (Texas) invites campers and outdoor enthusiasts to reserve a campsite spot within Labonte Park.
Labonte Park, located at 14333 IH-37 Access Road, is a perfect place to relax and bond with the family and nature.
The Nueces River runs along this park, making it perfect for camping outdoors.
Beginning today, Parks & Recreation will take online reservations from park visitors to reserve campsites located at Labonte Park for the weekend of Friday, April 15 to Sunday, April 17.
Online reservations run from Tuesday, March 1, to April 14. The camping fee of $28 will be charged for up to three nights or more of camping in the park. RV campsites are $55 for up to three nights of camping.
New this year, each campsite reservation will include two parking permits as part of the camping fees. Additional parking passes will be offered to purchase online at the time of booking for just $6 each (limit of two extra passes per campsite reservation). The fees help pay for garbage pickup and cleanup necessary during the camping holiday time.
Campsites are reserved and paid for in advance via https://register.ccparkandrec.com/.
One campsite is available upon request by the customer, and payment must be received within 24 hours after reservation approval. There are no camping permits, or parking passes available for purchase at the park.
As visitors enter Labonte Park, they will see the beautification work that started last year by planting 100 trees within the park.
