Fall Creek RV Park, an RV park and resort in Granbury, Texas, has been sold for $4,375,000, according to real estate investment firm JTACR Real Estate Group.
“Congrats to both parties involved . . . and thankful for repeat clients,” Carrie Sieger, the co-founder of the Dallas-based company, wrote in a LinkedIn post, not disclosing the buyer. JTACR Real Estate Group represented the seller in the deal.
At the time of the sale, the property near Lake Granbury has 62 sites, concrete roads, and concrete pads. Fall Creek offers short-term and long-term stays at their full hookup RV sites with pull-through and back-in options.
The property not only offers an enjoyable stay but a convenient one too, with laundry and shower facilities near their sites.
Pets are welcome to play and wag their tails at the pet area, while the picnic area with a grill and a fire pit nearby help make get-togethers fun.
Another facility at Fall Creek RV Park is a common area where guests can come together for meals and other activities.
Due to its proximity to Lake Granbury, a short drive from the park will lead guests to multiple recreational activities such as fishing, boating, walking on the surrounding trails, or just unwinding.
