Blue Water Development unveiled a significant expansion of the Jetstream Resort at Stone Oak Ranch in Georgetown, Texas, marking a milestone for the property. The upgrades, funded and managed by CityStreet Residential, include 200 additional RV spaces and 27 tiny home spaces, along with enhanced amenities such as a beer garden, lazy river, and upgraded pool facilities. The announcement underscores Blue Water’s commitment to elevating guest experiences in the outdoor hospitality industry.
The resort now features a range of amenities designed to appeal to families and travelers alike. Additions such as a pavilion, outdoor cabanas equipped with grills, a playground, and multiple gathering areas aim to create a welcoming environment for both long-term guests and short-stay visitors. According to General Manager Deb Durbin-LeBlanc, the expansion reflects the resort’s focus on delivering “top-tier amenities and exceptional guest experiences.”
“We are excited to celebrate this new chapter for our guests,” Durbin-LeBlanc said in a press release.
The announcement comes ahead of a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony scheduled for December 11, from 11 AM to 1 PM. Hosted in collaboration with the Leander Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Center, the event will feature guided tours of the newly expanded facilities, giveaways, and a light lunch for attendees. The ribbon-cutting will commence at 11 AM, followed by opportunities for guests to explore the upgraded resort.
Kathryn Harris, vice president of development at CityStreet Residential, expressed pride in the expansion, emphasizing the strategic planning and dedication involved in the project. She noted that Georgetown’s historical charm and appeal as a tourist destination make it an ideal location for this type of investment.
