The 2025 RV Aftermarket Conference is underway in San Antonio, Texas, running from Monday, Aug. 11, through Thursday, Aug. 14. The annual event brings together suppliers and distributors for one-on-one appointment sessions to showcase new products and explore industry trends.
The conference serves as a hub for networking and business development in the RV aftermarket, which, according to the RV Industry Association’s (RVIA) latest economic impact study, generates 3,187 jobs, $272 million in wages, and more than $750 million in total annual economic output.
Attendees can develop strategies for expanding the market segment and identifying opportunities for growth.
Open to all RVIA members, the conference focuses on enhancing the parts and accessory purchasing experience to benefit both the supply chain and RV consumers.
Sessions are designed to foster collaboration between manufacturers, distributors, and other key players in the sector.
The event began Aug. 11 with a golf tournament, followed by registration and a welcome reception. The opening day set the stage for a packed agenda combining formal meetings with opportunities for informal networking.
On Aug. 12, the schedule will include morning and afternoon appointment sessions, with a midday fireside chat featuring Jarrod McGhee, founder and CEO of Fun Town RV. McGhee’s session will address the evolving retail environment and how businesses can adapt to shifting consumer expectations.
An evening event at Elsewhere Kitchen & Bar will provide attendees with a chance to network in a more relaxed setting.
Aug. 13 will open with additional appointment sessions, followed by the 2025 RV Aftermarket Awards during lunch.
The remainder of the day allowed attendees free time to explore San Antonio, giving them a break from the intensive meeting schedule while still fostering informal discussions.
On Aug. 14, the final day of the conference, attendees will reconvene for the last round of morning and afternoon appointment sessions. These meetings aim to solidify deals, finalize orders, and discuss partnerships initiated earlier in the week.
Lunch on the closing day will serve as an opportunity for attendees to reflect on the conference’s discussions and outline next steps.
The conference will conclude with a closing reception from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., giving attendees one last chance to connect before departing.
