RV Park Management (RVPM) has added Jackson RV Parks (Tennessee) properties to its portfolio. The management firm announced on a LinkedIn post that Joy-O RV Park and Brownsville Mobile Village are now part of its professionally managed network of campgrounds and communities.
The addition extends RVPM’s reach into western Tennessee, where the two properties serve travelers along Interstate 40 and residents near historic Brownsville.
The announcement comes as RVPM continues to grow its footprint across the region by managing RV parks that benefit from centralized expertise and operational support.
Joy-O RV Park, located at 150 Providence Road in Denmark, Tenn., sits just off Exit 68 of I-40, offering easy access for travelers heading to or from Jackson. The park provides a mix of amenities designed to accommodate both short- and long-term guests.
Brownsville Mobile Village, at 1600 East Main Street in Brownsville, is positioned just 1.5 miles from the town’s historic square.
Both properties feature full hook-up sites with water, power, and septic connections. Guests have access to gravel pads, laundry facilities, and pet-friendly accommodations.
Sites are equipped to handle both 30-amp and 50-amp service, providing flexibility for different types of RVs.
Additionally, Joy-O RV Park offers restrooms and showers, while both locations are firepit-friendly. Camper rentals are also available, giving travelers without their own RV the option to stay on-site.
RVPM positions itself as both a management company and an industry partner, drawing on its own experience as an RV park owner to guide operations. Its services include staffing, maintenance, guest services, and revenue management, all aimed at improving efficiency and profitability.
