Camping World Holdings, Inc. will take center stage at the 2025 Stephens Annual Investment Conference in Nashville with a fireside chat scheduled for Nov. 19 at 11 a.m. CT, the company said.
The invitation-only gathering runs Nov. 18-20 at the Grand Hyatt Nashville and is organized by independent financial-services firm Stephens, which expects more than 1,000 institutional investors, corporate clients, and sponsors to attend, according to the firm’s event overview.
Camping World’s session will explore outdoor tourism trends, surging RV travel demand, the leisure market outlook, and the growing economic impact of RV tourism on adventure-based businesses, the company noted.
For park operators looking to capitalize on those macro insights, several upgrades remain low-hanging fruit. Extending pull-through sites to 75-foot pads welcomes both 35-foot fifth wheels and 44-foot toy haulers; standardizing 50/30/20-amp pedestals on at least 70% of sites reduces breaker trips; bundling high-speed Wi-Fi with premium site pricing satisfies streaming-centric travelers; offering propane refills, mobile tank clean-outs, and firewood delivery keeps guests onsite and spending; and maintaining a quick-response text line after hours can turn an average stay into a five-star review.
Those upgrades are aimed at smoothing arrivals, cutting avoidable maintenance calls, and keeping more spending on property without adding staffing complexity.
Camping World, according to the company, is recognized as the world’s largest recreational vehicle dealer.
Dealers such as Camping World are also leaning into next-generation, electrified RV models, giving park owners a preview of guest expectations in the next few years. Installing two 80-amp Level-2 chargers near larger pull-through sites, converting select back-in pads to solar-covered parking, switching to centralized natural-gas community fire pits, rolling out digital check-in kiosks synced to online reservations, and showcasing green initiatives prominently online can all future-proof a property while adding marketing appeal.
These steps can be phased in by site type and budget, allowing properties to test demand and scale what resonates with their guests.
For operators courting group business and longer leisure stays, visible sustainability features can also support rate integrity during busy periods.
A live webcast of the fireside chat will stream through Camping World’s investor website, with a replay available for 90 days, the company said in its announcement.
Attendance at the Grand Hyatt Nashville remains limited to invited guests, reinforcing the conference’s reputation as a high-level forum for institutional insights.
Camping World’s appearance underscores investor interest in RV travel’s growth trajectory and provides campground and park operators with a timely barometer for 2026 planning.
