The 2025 RV Dealers Convention/Expo has released details on its speaker lineup, education tracks, and Vendor Training +Plus sessions.
The annual event, which brings together dealers and industry partners from across North America, is taking place November 10–14 at Paris Las Vegas.
The full schedule is now available online, giving attendees an opportunity to begin planning their week.
The program features dozens of education sessions, networking opportunities, and an exhibit hall showcasing products and services tailored to dealership operations.
“This year’s convention offers unmatched opportunities for dealers to stay ahead of industry trends, learn from experts, and connect with leading vendors,” RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said in a press release.
“From operational strategies to innovative marketing and service solutions, the education program is designed to deliver practical takeaways that benefit every dealership department” Ingrassia added.
The agenda includes multiple tracked education sessions designed to provide skill-building opportunities across sales, marketing, fixed operations, and leadership. The programming was developed to give dealerships actionable strategies that can be applied immediately.
Vendor Training +Plus sessions will again be part of the event, providing companies the chance to highlight the latest tools, technologies, and services for dealerships. These sessions are open to all registered attendees and are designed to complement the broader education program.
Registration for the convention is currently open. Dealers and partners who register by September 9 will receive a discounted rate.
Additional details and online registration are available through the RVDA convention website.
Networking remains a core part of the convention’s design. Throughout the week, dealers will have opportunities to connect with peers, industry experts, and vendor representatives in both formal and informal settings.
Special hotel room blocks have been arranged at Paris Las Vegas and Horseshoe Las Vegas. Organizers recommend booking early to secure discounted rates and to ensure proximity to all convention activities.
The event is jointly sponsored by RVDA of the U.S., RVDA of Canada, and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.
