Sweet-Haus to Preview Trailhead Model and Multi-Unit Lease Program at CARVC Conference

Sweet-Haus Tiny Cabin Company will unveil its new Trailhead model and Multi-Unit Lease Program at the 22nd CARVC Conference & Expo in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, February 1-3.

The offerings target RV parks, resorts, and short-term rental operators seeking long-term, hospitality-focused housing solutions and scalable inventory expansion.

Sweet-Haus’s Trailhead model is a one-bedroom, one-bath park model/tiny home designed for resort operators and short-term stay providers. The cabin features a full bathroom, built-in fireplace, and a layout optimized for comfort and efficiency.

Built with materials and construction standards intended for long-term use, the Trailhead combines a modern aesthetic with what Sweet-Haus describes as “inviting, livable warmth.”

Customization options allow operators to adjust finishes and features to align with their brand, guest experience, and site requirements.

Alongside the Trailhead launch, Sweet-Haus is introducing a Multi-Unit Lease Program. The program is designed for operators seeking scalable growth without heavy upfront capital investment.

It enables placement of multiple Sweet-Haus homes across a property, helping partners increase nightly revenue and accelerate return on investment.

“Together, the Trailhead model and the Multi-Unit Lease Program reflect Sweet-Haus’s continued commitment to crafting cozy homes that are built to last while meeting the evolving needs of the RV and resort industry,” the company states in a press release.

The 22nd CARVC Conference & Expo will take place at Myrtle Beach. According to its website, the event provides a platform for professional development, networking, and business growth in the outdoor hospitality sector. The program includes expert-led educational sessions, trade show access, and social networking events designed for campground professionals.

Attendees who arrive early can participate in a pre-conference session on NFPA 1194 standards scheduled for Saturday, January 31.

The event’s schedule also features the “Spark the Flame” welcome reception, a networking dinner designed to foster industry connections, and the “Fuel the Fire” sponsor spotlight trivia session to familiarize attendees with participating suppliers.

“The Spark Market” trade show will provide access to the latest tools, trends, and services in outdoor hospitality, allowing operators to evaluate solutions for their parks and resorts.

Monday evening concludes with the “Burn Bright” reception, combining social networking with fundraising through an auction.
