A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Friday, Sept. 12, at Midpoint I-95 RV Park in Sellers, South Carolina, as the business officially joined the Dillon County Chamber of Commerce.
The event also marked the completion of a new building, camp office, and gym at the property located at 356 West Canal Road.
According to an article published by Dilton Herald on September 19, several community members attended the ceremony to celebrate the expansion.
Owners Chris Neely and D. Melton welcomed guests, highlighting the importance of the milestone for the growing RV park.
Located just minutes from Interstate 95, the park markets itself as a convenient stopover for travelers.
Positioned between Florida and Washington, D.C., it attracts snowbirds heading south for the winter and long-term RVers seeking extended stays.
Guests at Midpoint I-95 RV Park have access to full hookups and large pull-through sites designed to accommodate a variety of RV sizes.
The layout is intended to simplify setup while providing space and privacy for both short- and long-term visits.
Beyond the basics, the park offers amenities intended to appeal to families and individuals alike. A fully stocked fishing pond, nature trail, fire rings, and picnic tables are among the features designed to enhance the guest experience.
Recreational additions include a gaga ball pit, a 560-square-foot fishing deck, playground, laundry facilities, horseshoes, and a dog park.
A bathhouse and park store are planned for the near future, signaling continued development at the site.
The dedicated team at Midpoint I-95 RV Park also plays a central role in creating a welcoming environment for every guest.
“Our amazing team is what makes Midpoint I95 RV Park feel like home for every guest. From keeping the grounds beautiful to making sure you have everything you need for a perfect stay, they go above and beyond every single day,” the campground said in a Facebook post.
