CARVC Unveils Plans for 2026 Conference & Expo in Myrtle Beach, SC, Featuring Expanded Reach and Educational Opportunities

The Carolinas Association of RV Parks & Campgrounds (CARVC) has announced that its 2026 Conference & Expo will be held February 1–3, 2026, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

The theme, “Keep the Campfires Burning: Rekindling Passion, Profit, and Purpose in Outdoor Recreation,” is designed to bring together campground and RV park professionals for three days of training, education, and networking.

For the first time, CARVC is expanding its marketing efforts outside of the Carolinas to include campground and RV park owners in Tennessee, Virginia, and Georgia.

The association says this broader outreach could increase participation among the more than 2,200 verified campgrounds and RV operators across the Southeast. Outreach will include targeted e-mail, social media, and digital campaigns.

“This is more than just a conference,” said Dee Witting, executive director of CARVC. “It’s a chance for park owners, operators, and vendors to come together, share ideas, and spark growth in an industry that continues to thrive. More parks. More people. More possibilities.”

The event will feature NFPA 1194 pre-session training to help operators navigate regulatory challenges, a keynote address by a best-selling author specializing in sales growth and business leadership, and more than eight educational sessions covering topics such as marketing, operations, and profitability.

Networking opportunities with decision-makers and vendors will also be a central component of the conference.

For businesses in the outdoor hospitality sector, the event presents a chance to hear from industry experts while also gaining practical knowledge to strengthen operations and identify new revenue opportunities.

Vendors and partners can expect increased visibility with a wider pool of campground and RV park decision-makers in attendance, particularly as CARVC expands its regional reach.

Early bird registration closes December 13, 2025, and the hotel room block cut-off is January 8, 2026. Organizers encourage participants to register early, as accommodations are expected to sell out.

Registration is available online at www.CARVCconference.com or through CARVC’s mobile app, “Camping Carolinas.”

For questions about registration, vending, or sponsorship, attendees can contact CARVC directly at [email protected] or (803) 569-1986.
