CARVC Opens Early Bird Registration for 2026 Conference & Expo in Myrtle

The Carolinas Association of RV Parks & Campgrounds (CARVC) is urging members and industry partners to register by December 13, for early bird rates to the 2026 CARVC Conference & Expo

The event, scheduled for February 1–3 at the Embassy Suites at Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, will bring together campground owners, operators, and suppliers from the Carolinas, Tennessee, Virginia, and Georgia.

Early bird registration for the 2026 CARVC Conference & Expo closes December 13, marking the final opportunity for attendees to secure discounted rates.

CARVC emphasizes the event’s relevance for campground and RV park owners, operators, and suppliers seeking insights on industry trends, operational strategies, and profitability.

Attendees will have access to NFPA 1194 pre-session training, providing essential knowledge to navigate campground and RV park regulatory requirements.

The conference will also feature a keynote address from Ken Corbin, best-selling author of eight books on sales growth, leadership, and business strategy. Corbin’s presentation is titled, “Elevating the Customer from King to Emperor.”

Eight or more educational sessions are scheduled, led by industry experts covering marketing, operations, trends, and revenue optimization for campground businesses.

Networking opportunities are a highlighted feature, connecting decision-makers with vendors offering products and services designed for the outdoor hospitality industry.

The Expo Hall will also showcase the latest industry offerings, including innovations in campground management, guest services, and operational technology.

According to a press release, Dee Witting, executive director of CARVC, said, “This year’s conference promises to deliver exceptional value for attendees. We’ve invited the industry’s leading experts to conduct hands-on workshops, and the vendor connections will prove there is something for everyone who is passionate about growing their business and elevating the camping experience.”

Participants who register by the December 13 deadline will secure early bird rates and ensure their spot before standard registration fees take effect.

A hotel room block is also available at the Embassy Suites, with a cutoff date of January 8, 2026. CARVC notes that rooms are expected to sell out quickly.

The conference draws professionals from across the region, including North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and Georgia, providing a platform to share best practices and industry insights.
