SG Blocks, Inc., a creator of modular structures, has been selected by HTR Investors for full suite engineering and architectural consulting services to construct RV and glamping structures.
According to a press release, the units will be constructed with the intent of delivering to various campgrounds throughout the U.S. The contract for the design-build is for about 150 units.
HTR Investors is a real estate investment business founded with the goal to consolidate within the RV and camping industry. HTR is an affiliate company of The Davis Companies (TDC). TDC is a seasoned institutional real estate investor who has acquired or developed around $4 billion worth of real estate.

The initial locations will be focused on places like Moab, UT, Estes Park, CO, the Berkshires, MA, the NY Adirondacks, Egg Harbor, WI, as well as Kerrville, TX.
