Scouting America Names Go RVing Official RV Partner for 2026 National Jamboree

Scouting America has announced a partnership with Go RVing, designating the organization as a Proud Partner and the Official RV Partner of the 2026 National Jamboree, formalizing its role in supporting programming and engagement at the flagship national Scouting event.

The 2026 National Jamboree is scheduled for July 22–30 at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in Glen Jean, West Virginia, where thousands of Scouts, volunteers, and leaders will gather for a week of activities centered on adventure, learning, and camaraderie.

The announcement comes during National Great Outdoors Month in June, with both organizations emphasizing a shared mission to encourage families and young people to explore the outdoors, participate in adventure-based experiences, and build lasting connections through time spent outside.

Under the partnership, Go RVing will provide tailored educational resources introducing Scouts to RV travel and outdoor exploration. The materials will support programming aligned with the Exploration Merit Badge and highlight concepts including discovery, preparedness, and responsible outdoor engagement.

“Partnering with Go RVing brings a new dimension to how Scouts experience the outdoors,” Roger Krone, president and CEO at Scouting America, said in a press release. “This collaboration enhances our ability to provide meaningful, hands-on learning opportunities that inspire a lifelong love of exploration.”

At the 2026 National Jamboree, Go RVing will also host an interactive activation in the Merchant’s Marketplace, where attendees can experience RV lifestyle demonstrations, explore travel opportunities, and receive custom patches from a totem pole patch set created specifically for the event.

In addition, Go RVing will support the Americana Extravaganza Fireworks Display on July 26, one of the event’s signature programming moments.

“Scouting America and Go RVing share a deep belief in the power of the outdoors and the role exploration plays in shaping confident, capable, and curious individuals of all ages,” said Jeremy Greene, vice president of marketing for Go RVing.

“Through our partnership with the National Jamboree and our sponsorship of the Exploration Merit Badge, Go RVing is excited to introduce Scouts and their families to RVing as a gateway to new adventures. RVs make it easier to explore more places, spend more time together outside, and discover new interests and destinations just beyond your door,” Greene added.
