Applications are now open for the 2025 Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE), with a limited number of scholarships available through the OHI Foundation.
The event will take place November 10–12 in Louisville, Kentucky, and aims to support outdoor hospitality professionals by covering the full cost of conference registration for selected applicants.
The scholarships, funded by donations from OHI members and partners, are designed to make OHCE more accessible to individuals working in or aspiring to join the outdoor hospitality industry.
According to the OHI Foundation, preference will be given to first-time OHCE attendees. While registration is fully covered, recipients are responsible for their own travel and lodging.
Applications must be submitted by July 14, and scholarship recipients will be announced the week of August 18.

“We’re proud to be able to offer this opportunity through the OHI Foundation,” said Krystine Harris, executive director of the OHI Foundation.
“Thanks to the generosity of our members and colleagues, we’re helping more people access the resources and inspiration that OHCE provides. These scholarships are just one way we’re investing in the future of outdoor hospitality,” Harris added.
The OHCE conference is the outdoor hospitality industry’s annual event, attracting park owners, campground operators, developers, and other stakeholders from across the country.
The three-day conference includes educational sessions, expert panels, and networking opportunities.
Attendees will have access to workshops and presentations on operational efficiency, marketing strategy, and guest satisfaction—key topics for campground owners and operators seeking to enhance profitability and visitor experiences.
The expo floor will also showcase the latest products and services tailored to the outdoor hospitality sector.
OHI (formerly National ARVC) is the only national association dedicated to serving private RV parks and campgrounds across North America.
With over 3,000 members, OHI offers exclusive education, networking, business tools, member benefits, and advocacy at all levels of government.
