RVshare, the leading community for RV owners and renters, has announced the third annual Campers’ Choice Awards, known as “The Campies.” Launched in 2022 alongside RVshare’s Campground Partnership Program, the awards have grown to include nine new categories this year.
These additions highlight the contributions of content creators and social media influencers who have significantly impacted the outdoor travel industry.
According to a press release, the 2024 Campers’ Choice Awards aim to recognize excellence in various aspects of RV travel and camping.
The expanded ballot now features 18 categories, including Best RV Family Travel Content Creator, Best National Park Campground, and Best RV and Camping Blog.
This comprehensive approach ensures that the awards acknowledge a broad spectrum of contributions to the outdoor travel experience.
RVshare invites all travel lovers and RV enthusiasts to participate in the nomination process, which is open from today until August 2.
During this period, participants can nominate their favorite campgrounds, social media accounts, and content creators across the 18 categories.
The nomination process allows the RV community to recognize and celebrate the best in the industry.
Martijn Scheijbeler, SVP of marketing at RVshare, expressed enthusiasm about the return of the Campers’ Choice Awards.

Leading up to the winner announcement on September 16, finalists will have the opportunity to promote themselves and engage with their loyal followers to secure additional votes.
To celebrate and support the awarded campgrounds and creators, RVshare will recognize each winner on RVshare.com and its social media and email channels.
Winners will also receive a certified RVshare Campies badge for their sites, advertisements, and media kits, along with promotional materials and merchandise to highlight their achievements.
