Registration for the RV Industry Association’s (RVIA) annual RV Aftermarket Conference is now open. It focuses on supporting a great consumer experience for people purchasing RV parts and accessories, benefiting supply chain members and RV consumers.
The conference will take place in San Antonio, Texas, on August 8-11, as per an RVIA News & Insights report.
The RV Aftermarket Conference is focused on supporting great parts and accessory purchasing experience that will benefit supply chain members and the RV consumer.
The event is open to all RVIA members. It will feature one-on-one “appointment sessions” for a first-hand look at the latest products and services in the Aftermarket segment before the fall and winter RV shows.
It also provides opportunities to learn important business information on new customers entering the industry. There will also be networking opportunities with colleagues from across the country with a successful record in the industry.
The RV Aftermarket Awards will highlight the top suppliers, distributors, reps, and products of the year. The conference also features a new meetings application to make appointment setting for suppliers more open and convenient.
The price for the Supplier Meeting Room is $1,500 per company, which includes access to meeting applications and a 4-night hotel room. The Supplier Attendee price is $800 per person, and it includes breakfast and lunch during the entire stay and access to the meetings application.
The Distributor Attendee prices are $475 for 1st company attendee and $200 for each additional attendee. It includes breakfast and lunch during the entire stay and access to the meetings application. While the Agent/Rep attendee price is $475 per person with breakfast and lunch during the whole stay.
Media/Marketing Services Attendee price is $250 per person with breakfast and lunch during the entire stay and access to the meetings application. While State Association Attendee price is also $250 per person with breakfast and lunch during the whole stay and access to the meetings application.
The location of the conference is at the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Riverwalk Downtown. Attendees can have River Walk views from the venue’s downtown suites.
It is also just a 10-minute walk from San Antonio sights like the Alamo, Majestic Theatre, and the Buckhorn Saloon. The Alamodome and Tower of the Americas are a mile away.
