The RV Industry Association (RVIA) will present its Winter 2024 RV Roadsigns forecast during a members-only webinar on Monday, December 9, at 2 p.m. Eastern. This quarterly forecast, developed with ITR Economics, offers projections for wholesale RV shipments and an analysis of macroeconomic factors influencing the RV industry.
According to RVIA, Connor Lokar, senior forecaster at ITR Economics, will lead the presentation, providing an in-depth explanation of the new forecast. Participants will gain insights into the data supporting the forecast and the risks associated with economic trends. The hour-long webinar will conclude with a question-and-answer session, allowing members to engage directly with the presenter.
Following the webinar, the RVIA will host its 2024 Annual Membership Meeting on Thursday, December 12. The meeting, scheduled from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern, will also be held virtually.
The program will feature reports from RVIA Chairman Kevin McArt and Treasurer Ryan Elias. Updates on the association’s key initiatives will be presented by President Craig Kirby, Go RVing Chief Marketing Officer Karen Redfern, and RV Technical Institute Executive Director Curt Hemmeler.
According to its website, the RVIA, headquartered near Washington, D.C., with an additional office in Elkhart, Indiana, serves as a trade voice for the $140 billion RV industry. Representing over 500 manufacturers, component suppliers, and aftermarket providers, the association supports a sector responsible for 98% of RV production in the United States and approximately 60% worldwide.
Guided by its mission, the association actively collaborates with federal and state lawmakers and regulators to advocate for a business environment that supports industry growth.
Through initiatives like the Go RVing Consumer Awareness Campaign, the association also works to expand the RV consumer market while enhancing experiences for current RVers.
