RVIA Reelects Mary Pouliot as 2026 Board Chair

The RV Industry Association (RVIA) Board of Directors has reelected Mary Pouliot, Thetford executive vice president, to serve a second term as chair of the board for 2026.

The decision was made during the association’s organizational meeting held November 11, where officers and directors finalized leadership roles for the upcoming year.

Pouliot’s reelection extends her position at the helm of the association’s governing body, which guides initiatives and priorities for the broader RV industry. Her leadership continues into a second term beginning January 1, 2026.

The incoming board also reaffirmed the full executive committee slate. Ryan Elias of Leisure Travel Vans/Triple E RV will continue as vice chair. Brett Randall of Aliner will remain treasurer, and Jeff Rodino of Patrick will continue to serve as secretary.

Kevin McArt of Forest River will remain on the executive committee as immediate past chair. RVIA President and CEO Craig Kirby also continues his role on the committee as part of the organization’s senior leadership.

According to a News and Insights report of RVIA, Kirby emphasized the value of continuity across the executive committee, citing the group’s experience and alignment with the industry’s long-term goals.

“Mary’s extensive knowledge and steadfast commitment to the RV industry have been key to her success as Chair, and we look forward to her leadership for a second term,” said Kirby. “Ryan, Brett, Jeff, and Kevin round out an extraordinary Executive Committee to lead our members and advance the broader RV industry.”

During the meeting, the board voted to appoint Toby O’Rourke of KOA to a one-year appointed seat. Her appointment adds representation from a major player in the campground and outdoor hospitality segment.

The board also voted to reappoint several standing directors. Bob Martin of THOR Industries, McArt of Forest River, Bryan Hughes of Winnebago Industries, April Klein-Carroll of Lippert, and Rodino of Patrick Industries will continue in their director roles.

These reappointments provide additional continuity in board leadership, reinforcing ongoing strategic efforts underway across the association’s programs and initiatives.

In addition to officer confirmations and appointments, the association welcomed newly elected board members whose terms begin in 2026.
