The RV Industry Association (RVIA) announced that sponsorship opportunities are now available for its 2026 Leadership Conference, scheduled for March 10–12 at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa in Austin, Texas.
The annual event brings together senior executives and emerging leaders for three days of networking, leadership development, and keynote programming.
The conference is designed to support professionals shaping the future of the RV industry while offering companies a platform to increase visibility among influential decision-makers. This year’s gathering marks the fourth edition of the Leadership Conference.
Sponsorship packages have been structured to accommodate a range of budgets and branding goals. Options include keynote sponsorships, leadership session sponsorships, evening reception sponsorships, and lanyard sponsorships.
“We are now offering sponsorship opportunities designed to fit every budget and help your brand stand out during this premier industry gathering,” the association announced in a News and Insights report of RVIA on November 25.
According to the association, each opportunity offers direct exposure through company logos featured across printed materials, digital signage, and on-site event displays. These placements are expected to generate sustained visibility throughout the conference.
Some sponsorship tiers also include a complimentary registration, valued at $795.
Conference programming traditionally includes keynote presentations, interactive sessions, and networking events designed to facilitate learning and cross-industry engagement. The 2026 event continues this format with sessions aimed at leadership growth and strategic development.
“The conference sessions and panels are designed to help nurture talent, provide a space to develop a deeper understanding of critical industry issues, and connect with the next generation of leaders in the RV industry,” the conference’s details explain.
The schedule for Monday, March 9, begins with board arrivals taking place throughout the day, followed by the RVIA’s Executive Committee meeting from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The day concludes with a joint board reception scheduled from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., providing an opportunity for board members to connect before the conference begins.
On Tuesday, March 10, conference arrivals continue throughout the day as both the RVIA and RV Dealers Association hold their Board of Directors’ meetings from 8 a.m. to noon. The afternoon features a 12:30 p.m. golf activity for attendees, leading into the Leadership Conference Welcome Reception from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
