The RV Industry Association (RVIA) has announced the sponsors and agenda for its 2025 Leadership Conference, set to take place from March 4-6.
The event, designed to bring together executive leadership and emerging professionals in the RV industry, will feature keynote addresses, panel discussions, and networking opportunities.
According to a News and Insights report of RVIA, sponsors for the conference include Cummins, GE Appliances (a Haier company), Lightspeed, Polsinelli, Progressive Insurance, and RV SnapPad.
A key highlight of the conference is the RV Industry Leadership Panel on Wednesday, March 5. This session will feature influential figures in the industry sharing insights into market trends, leadership strategies, and challenges facing the sector. Attendees will gain firsthand knowledge from top decision-makers shaping the industry’s future.
Crisis management expert Molly McPherson will lead a session titled “Reclaim Control and Respond with Confidence During a Media Crisis.” The discussion will focus on maintaining brand reputation and handling public relations challenges effectively.
The conference will also feature a panel discussion on “Navigating Change and Advancing Policy Priorities,” offering an in-depth look at industry advocacy and regulatory strategies. Panelists will discuss key policy initiatives and their impact on the future of the RV sector.
Leadership development remains a central theme of the event, with keynote speakers set to provide insights on professional growth and industry innovation. Comedian, television writer, and podcast host Chris Duffy will deliver a keynote address on March 5, offering a unique perspective on leadership through humor and storytelling.
On March 6, author David Epstein will take the stage as a keynote speaker.
