Voting for the 2026 RV Industry Association (RVIA) Board of Directors election closed, and the results are now finalized.
Representatives from member companies cast their ballots in September to determine who would fill four open seats on the board, two for manufacturers and two for suppliers.
According to a News and Insights report of RVIA on September 30, the newly elected directors will begin their three-year terms on Jan. 1, 2026. Their responsibilities will include shaping strategy and policy across multiple areas that impact the RV industry, including standards, marketing, government affairs, events, education, and financial oversight.
For the RV Manufacturer seats, Ryan Elias, president and general manager of Triple E Recreational Vehicles/Leisure Travel Vans, secured a position on the board.
Also elected as a manufacturer representative is Brett Randall, president, CEO, and majority owner of Columbia Northwest, operating under the Aliner brand.
On the supplier side, Brent Diver, partner and chief revenue officer for Ranger Distribution has been elected. Joining Diver as a supplier representative is Mike Hesse, CEO and owner of Blue Ox.
The Board of Directors functions as the top authority within the RVIA organizational structure. Members are tasked with guiding policy that addresses issues directly affecting manufacturers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders. This includes oversight of standards that impact safety and compliance across the RV sector.
Marketing initiatives also fall under the board’s purview, with directors helping direct resources toward programs that promote RVing to new audiences and strengthen consumer confidence.
Government affairs remain another priority, with the board involved in policy discussions at the state and federal level. Advocacy on issues such as campground expansion, taxation, infrastructure, and trade has been a consistent part of RVIA’s mission.
For more than 50 years, RVIA has served as the leading trade voice of the $140 billion RV industry. With offices in the Washington, D.C. area and Elkhart, Indiana, the association represents over 500 manufacturers, suppliers, and aftermarket companies that together produce 98% of RVs built in the United States and approximately 60% of those manufactured worldwide.
RVIA unites the diverse sectors of the RV industry under one voice, forging partnerships that drive growth, innovation, and advocacy across the outdoor recreation market.
