RV dealers will soon have access to a new member resource aimed at streamlining operations and addressing business challenges.
The National RV Dealers Association (RVDA) is hosting a webinar to introduce its recently launched RVDA Help Desk & Solution Center, a service that offers its members personalized support and expert consultation on various dealership matters.
Scheduled for Wednesday, April 23, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern, the 30-minute session will feature RVDA Director of Partnerships Patrick Calpin and dealership risk management expert Tom Kline, founder of Better Vantage Point.
The webinar is free to attend and is positioned as an opportunity for RVDA members to understand how the new platform can be integrated into their dealership operations.
The Help Desk & Solution Center provides direct access to tailored support, including up to one hour of free consultation for RVDA members.
It is designed to help dealers navigate common operational issues, from compliance and regulatory matters to business process improvements. The support platform also includes access to ongoing member tools and resources.
“The RVDA Help Desk & Solution Center is an important step in providing on-demand support to our members,” said Phil Ingrassia, president of RVDA.
“We’re excited to partner with Tom Kline, who brings decades of dealership experience and insight to the table.”
For business owners in the RV industry, this development may offer practical value beyond the basics of member benefits.
As compliance demands and operational complexities increase, a dedicated support system could reduce the time and cost of troubleshooting dealership concerns. By tapping into expert insights and shared experiences from peers, dealerships can potentially make more informed decisions and improve business efficiency.
The session will also cover real-life use cases that demonstrate how dealers have already leveraged the support service to resolve day-to-day challenges. The recording will be made available to members unable to attend the live session.
According to RVDA, the new tool underscores a broader push to enhance member engagement and deliver solutions aligned with the evolving needs of dealership operators.
