The Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) has released the full schedule for the 2025 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, which will take place Nov. 10-14 at Paris Las Vegas.
The schedule details an expanded lineup of educational workshops, meetings, and networking events designed to help RV dealers strengthen operations and adapt to a rapidly evolving marketplace.
Organized by RVDA of the U.S., RVDA of Canada, and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center, the annual Convention/Expo is the premier gathering for RV industry professionals focused on dealer education, leadership development, and business performance.
“The education component of the RVDA Convention is carefully planned by industry leaders to meet dealer demand for relevant education using only top-rated presenters,” the association said in a statement.
Each year, the convention/expo committee integrates new presenters into the speaker lineup to ensure the sessions reflect current challenges and opportunities in the RV sector.
This year’s keynote address will be delivered by Author Ryan Estis, who will discuss creating loyal customers through experimentation and by delivering remarkable experiences. His presentation will set the tone for a week centered on innovation, leadership, and growth.
Educational workshops at the 2025 event will cover a wide range of topics, including digital marketing and business development centers (BDC), fixed operations, sales, and finance and insurance (F&I).
These sessions are designed to provide attendees with actionable strategies to improve profitability and enhance customer engagement.
The schedule also highlights a half-day leadership development course aimed at helping emerging and current leaders refine management skills and drive team performance.
Vendor Training +Plus sessions will once again give suppliers and manufacturers the opportunity to present product updates, tools, and best practices directly to dealership staff. These interactive sessions allow participants to engage with partners and learn about new technologies and services available to the industry.
In addition to the workshops, the 2025 schedule includes the “Partners in Progress” meetings, which facilitate open dialogue between dealers and manufacturers. These sessions help both sides address shared goals and explore ways to strengthen industry collaboration.
Attendees will also have access to networking events that foster peer-to-peer learning and relationship building. The convention remains a key platform for connecting RV professionals across North America, with discussions expected to focus on consumer trends, inventory management, and digital transformation.
