RVDA Convention to Equip Dealers with Strategies for Boosting Online Presence

The 2024 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, taking place in November, will feature a workshop titled “Is Your Online Destination Fully Reflecting Your Business as a Whole?” This session, scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 12, aims to guide RV dealerships on optimizing their online presence to reflect their complete range of services and products.

Organized under the business innovation education track, this workshop addresses the growing need for dealerships to provide an engaging, seamless online shopping experience that mirrors their physical storefronts.

According to a press release, Aubrey Amborn, director of sales at Interact RV, and Jennet Lewis, director of sales for the West Zone at NTP-STAG, will lead the workshop. Both industry experts will share strategies that leverage website features to bring aftermarket services and support into the spotlight, aiming to expand dealership services beyond inventory.

This workshop will also delve into practical solutions for optimizing these often-underutilized website elements, helping dealers bridge the gap between in-store and online services.

Attendees will be introduced to specific learning objectives, including the rationale behind aligning website features with physical storefront offerings. Additionally, the workshop will emphasize why aftermarket services and support play a vital role in dealership offerings, meriting the same emphasis as traditional inventory.

The RV Dealers Convention/Expo serves as a networking venue, bringing together dealership personnel from across North America. This convention offers attendees a chance to interact with industry leaders, forge connections, and explore potential business partnerships within the Expo. Participants also gain the opportunity to exchange ideas with peers, enhancing dealership operations through collective insights.

Beyond networking, the convention provides an in-depth look into the current RV sales landscape. Dealers can expect access to a range of resources aimed at optimizing all departments, particularly fixed operations.

The RVDA Convention is organized by the RVDA of the United States and Canada, with support from the Mike Molino RV Learning Center
