RVDA Calls for Year-End Donations to Support Mike Molino RV Learning Center

The National RV Dealers Association (RVDA) is calling on industry members to consider making a year-end, tax-deductible contribution to the Mike Molino RV Learning Center. Based in Fairfax, Virginia, the center plays a critical role in enhancing education, best practices, employee retention, and customer satisfaction across the RV industry.

As the calendar year draws to a close, the opportunity for tax-deductible contributions aligns with efforts to support the professional development of dealership staff. The RV Learning Center’s initiatives aim to bolster the industry by providing resources and training to ensure consistent growth and improved service standards.

Over the past year, the RV Learning Center expanded its educational offerings, assisting hundreds of dealership employees with access to substantive and practical content. This expansion has helped the center achieve “new heights of professional development” across the RVDA membership.

Among its recent advancements, the center launched four online fixed operations training courses, including a new module for warranty administrators. A fifth course focused on service managers is set to debut in early 2025, further broadening the scope of training opportunities available to dealership staff.

Another significant milestone in 2024 was the establishment of the RV Dealership Employee Emergency Relief Program. Funded by the Ron & Lisa Fenech Family Foundation, this program provides crucial assistance to employees facing unexpected financial hardships.

The RV Learning Center also reported that more than 1,000 professionals have completed its online courses this year. Additionally, the RV Fixed Operations Today mobile app has seen a record number of downloads, offering tools such as readiness tests to help staff prepare for certification.

To honor the legacy of a dedicated industry leader, the center created the Jaime Pais Legacy Fund. Named after the late executive from Protective Asset Protection who passed away in 2024, the fund reflects a commitment to advancing education and professional development in the RV sector.
