RV Women’s Alliance Opens Registration for 4th Annual Educational Symposium

The RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA) has opened registration for its fourth annual Educational Symposium, set to take place October 15–16.

The two-day event will be held at The Renaissance at Schaumburg Convention Center in Schaumburg, Illinois, and aims to foster skill development, networking, and mentorship among professionals in the recreational vehicle industry.

Early bird pricing is currently available, offering a $20 discount on registration fees. The symposium is open to all individuals in the RV sector and is designed to support the advancement of women in the industry through workshops, keynote presentations, and peer networking.

“The past three years of this event have been incredible experiences for all of us at RVWA and they left an indelible mark on all those who were fortunate enough to attend,” the association states. “The resounding success and positive feedback from attendees have set the bar high again for this year’s event.”

This year’s programming will include speakers and a new slate of workshops, including “How to Dominate Your Day,” “Brain Hurricane: Where Creativity Storms In,” “Burn Bright, Not Out,” and “Mentworking,” a session focused on RVWA’s mentorship program.

The event opens with registration and a review of RVWA’s accomplishments over the past year, followed by a keynote address from productivity expert Sarah Ohanesian. Attendees will then take part in a mentorship networking session and evening reception with light appetizers.

The second day includes back-to-back workshops led by Amanda Gore and Christine Cashen.

Meals and scheduled breaks throughout the symposium provide participants with time to connect and engage in informal discussions with peers and mentors. Professional headshots will be available during designated sessions across both days.

An awards dinner will close the event, recognizing outstanding individuals in the RV industry who have made notable contributions to mentorship, leadership, and advocacy.

The symposium underscores RVWA’s ongoing investment in advancing leadership opportunities for women across all areas of the RV industry.
