RV Technical Institute Showcases Curriculum at ACTE Region 3 Conference

The RV Technical Institute (RVTI) showcased its curriculum at the Association for Career and Technical Education’s Region 3 Annual Conference, which ran from June 9 to 11 in Joliet, Illinois, as part of its ongoing effort to attract new technicians and build partnerships with educators nationwide.

Halle Howard, the RVTI’s account specialist, said the regional conferences offer an effective venue for promoting the institute’s programs and engaging with instructors who share the information with students interested in RV careers.

“The Association for Career and Technical Education’s regional conferences continue to be a great platform for us to share information on the RV Technical Institute’s curriculum and connect with attendees interested in the RV tech career,” Howard said in a News and Insights report of RVIA.

“We’re excited to continue our recruitment initiative, and we look forward to sharing our efforts at the fourth Association for Career and Technical Education conference later this year,” Howard added.

ACTE is the largest national organization dedicated to advancing education that prepares students and adults for career and technical fields. Its mission includes developing a skilled and adaptable workforce through leadership and advocacy.

ACTE organizes its work across five regions nationwide. Region 3, the focus of this conference, includes Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin, bringing together career and technical education leaders and teachers to exchange ideas and strategies.

RVTI also participated in Region 4 and Region 5 conferences earlier this year, continuing its commitment to reach a broad audience of educators and career advisors across the United States.

At each event, institute representatives highlight the RV technician career path and the institute’s curriculum, which can be integrated into high school programs to help students gain early exposure to RV maintenance and repair.
