A new online course from the Mike Molino RV Learning Center aims to equip service managers with critical skills and help them prepare for industry certification.
The program is designed for dealership professionals seeking to enhance operations and leadership capabilities in response to evolving consumer demands.
The service manager online course includes 14 modules and takes approximately five hours to complete.
The training incorporates interactive elements such as audio voice-overs and progress checks to facilitate user engagement and retention.
Participants can access a content breakdown, demo video, and registration link through the RV Learning Center’s website.
Developed using a job and task analysis created by The Ohio State University’s Center on Education and Training for Employment, the course content is tailored specifically to the role of RV service managers.
Input from RV industry subject matter experts helped shape the curriculum to reflect real-world responsibilities and challenges.
“Service management plays a critical role in the dealership’s fixed operations success,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia.
“This training from the RV Learning Center helps service managers build leadership and customer service skills, and it also helps them prepare for certification,” Ingrassia added.
To qualify for certification, candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in a service management or similar role.
They are required to submit an application form and a $249 fee, and then pass a timed, online exam administered by the RV Learning Center.
