RV Industry’s Top Achievers to be Honored During Highly Anticipated RVs Move America Week

The highly anticipated RVs Move America Week is on the horizon, with the RV industry’s frontrunners eagerly preparing for its capstone event—the RV Industry Association’s (RVIA) Awards Program. 

This annual event pays homage to those individuals, companies, and organizations whose exceptional contributions have significantly advanced the RV industry, as per the News & Insights report of the RVIA.

The Association’s Awards Committee collaborates with staff and industry partners to oversee this annual program. The Monday luncheon of the RVs Move America Week will see the presentation of the following three prestigious awards:

• The David J. Humphreys RV Industry Unity Award honors an individual who consistently encourages collaboration across the diverse constituents of the RV industry, fostering its growth and improvement.
• The National Education Service Award acknowledges an individual who has significantly contributed to the development of RV industry educational programs.
• The Distinguished Achievement in RV Standards Award recognizes an individual whose work has significantly enhanced RV standards within the industry.

On the subsequent Tuesday luncheon, four additional awards will be presented:

• The Distinguished Service to the RV Industry Award, the Association’s highest honor, is bestowed upon an individual who has provided outstanding service within the RV industry.
• The National Legislative Award recognizes an individual who has shown exceptional distinction in legislative matters pertinent to the RV industry.
• The Special Award is given to an individual whose extraordinary contributions have significantly advanced the overall success of the RV industry.
• The National Scholastic Award honors state/regional association directors or institutions that have contributed significantly to the advancement of technical training within the industry.
