Applications are now open for the RV Industry Emerging Leaders Coalition’s 2026 cohort, with a submission deadline set for June 30, according to an announcement from the RVIA.
The program targets professionals across the recreational vehicle sector seeking leadership development and expanded industry engagement.
“The coalition aims to strengthen institutional industry collaboration, competency, engagement, inclusivity, and innovation by identifying, recruiting, developing, engaging, and retaining emerging industry leaders and harnessing and elevating diverse emerging industry leaders perspectives,” the event’s details indicate.
Eligible applicants must be employed by a supplier, original equipment manufacturer, campground, dealer, or a company that provides services to those segments.
The coalition offers selected members access to leadership development opportunities, networking events, mentorship, and career growth resources designed to strengthen professional skills and industry knowledge.
Participants are expected to engage in activities that support both individual advancement and broader industry collaboration.
Applicants from supplier and OEM companies are required to be members of the RV Industry Association (RVIA) by the start of the 2027 calendar year.
Completed applications, including a signed supervisor portion, must be submitted by the June 30 deadline.
The application process requires candidates to download and complete a form, which must then be submitted via email.
The coalition is positioned as a structured pathway for early- to mid-career professionals to gain leadership experience while building connections within the RV industry.
Program components include opportunities to participate in exclusive meetings and events, as well as guidance from experienced industry professionals through mentorship.
