The RV Industry Association (RVIA) has recognized companies sponsoring its 2026 Leadership Conference, scheduled for March 10-12, as the trade group prepares for its fourth annual event focused on leadership development within the RV sector.
The association said the conference is designed to strengthen leadership and help shape the future of the RV community.
The event will run Tuesday through Thursday and feature executive panels, keynote addresses and workshops aimed at industry professionals.
According to a News and Insights report of RVIA on February 17, sponsors include Cummins, Dometic, GE Appliances, Lightspeed, Leisure Travel Vans, Patrick Industries, Polsinelli and Winnebago Industries.
A leadership panel scheduled for March 11 will be moderated by Craig Kirby, president and CEO of the association. Panelists include Toby O’Rourke, president and CEO of KOA; Jeff Rodino, president of Patrick Industries; and Matt Wagner, CEO of Camping World. The discussion will focus on leadership, growth and opportunities within the RV industry.
Lightspeed is sponsoring an artificial intelligence keynote featuring Mitch Mitchem, an AI transformation strategist. Mitchem will address the integration of human skills with advancing AI capabilities and discuss preparing organizations for an AI-driven future.
Leisure Travel Vans is sponsoring a consumer trends keynote by Rohit Bhargava, an author and innovation expert. Bhargava’s presentation will examine forces shaping consumer behavior, leadership and innovation, and strategies for adapting to evolving market expectations.
Polsinelli is sponsoring a customer experience workshop led by Blake Michelle Morgan. The session will focus on hospitality-driven leadership and strategies to strengthen service, satisfaction and loyalty.
Patrick Industries is sponsoring a leadership keynote by Todd Gongwer, who has advised coaches and executives across sports and business. His clients have included the Boston Celtics, Ohio State, Clemson, Virginia and Baylor.
Winnebago Industries will sponsor a Texas-themed reception during the conference, while Cummins and Dometic will sponsor morning refreshment breaks. GE Appliances will sponsor event lanyards.
