The Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) announced a series of staff promotions aimed at strengthening its member services and advancing the organization’s strategic priorities.
The changes, which are already in effect, focus on finance, education, and member relations.
The staff updates come as RVDA continues its efforts to provide resources and programs that support dealerships across the United States. By expanding responsibilities among existing staff, the association seeks to enhance the efficiency and reach of its core services.
Tiana Escalante has been promoted to accounting operations manager. She will oversee budgeting and financial services support for RVDA, the Mike Molino RV Learning Center, and the RV Assistance Corporation.
Her responsibilities are intended to ensure financial oversight across multiple areas of the association’s work.
Yasmine Motaleb has been named education manager. She will concentrate on online fixed operations training and certification programs while also supporting educational workshops at the RV Dealers Convention/Expo. Her role is expected to expand RVDA’s training portfolio for dealership staff.
Samantha Pinto has also been promoted to dealer member services manager. She will focus on member retention and recruitment efforts, while also supporting benefit programs and the Go RVing Dealer Program. Pinto’s work will include representing RVDA and the RV Learning Center at industry events.
“These changes position RVDA to better serve our members and the industry,” RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said in a press release.
“Congratulations to Tiana, Yasmine, and Samantha who will continue to improve RVDA’s ability to deliver critical programs and resources for members,” Ingrassia added.
The Mike Molino RV Learning Center, supported by Escalante’s financial oversight, provides professional development resources for dealership personnel.
RVDA is a national organization dedicated to representing the interests of RV retailers. Through education, member services, industry leadership, and market expansion programs, RVDA works to promote RV sales and use while supporting a positive image of the RV experience.
The association also addresses dealer-manufacturer relations, monitors state and federal legislation affecting retailers, supports the Go RVing advertising campaign, and provides educational resources covering all aspects of dealership operations.
